Quantum Distribution LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly or ensuring delivery to a secure location.
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
